Pumpkeep — Terms of Use

Last updated: June 25, 2026

Acceptance

By using Pumpkeep you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not medical advice

Pumpkeep provides general breast-milk storage information based on U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance. This information is provided for convenience and is not medical advice. Storage times depend on factors the app cannot measure (cleanliness, exact temperatures, equipment). You are responsible for deciding whether stored milk is safe to use. When in doubt, consult your pediatrician or a lactation professional, and follow the most current CDC guidance.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or the information it presents.

Purchases

"Pumpkeep Pro" is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional, non-safety features. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Core safety information and basic labeling are always free.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be posted here.
